zc77 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delays. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your zc77 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. This is a one-time process and once completed, future withdrawals will not require additional verification unless our compliance team flags a specific transaction.
• zc77 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within the hour. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
